Staying up-to-date with design trends and innovations * A degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related fields is desirable. * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field is desirable. * Proven experience as a Designer, preferably within advertising agencies or marketing departments. * Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and others. * Portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills in graphic design. * Familiarity with responsive design and design practices across various channels. * Basic knowledge of animation and interface design is a plus. * Play an essential role in creating visual elements for brand communication, advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and other projects. * Contribute to visual development, ensuring aesthetic consistency and effective communication. * Contribute to the creation of innovative visual concepts aligned with communication and marketing objectives. * Design and develop graphic materials for advertising campaigns, social media, websites, and other communication channels. * Create attractive, balanced, and effective layouts for various types of materials, ensuring a pleasant visual experience. * Ensure visual consistency by adapting and applying brand guidelines to all produced materials. * Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and other members of the creative team to effectively integrate design and content. * Create mockups and prototypes to present design ideas clearly and persuasively. * Perform image editing and retouching to optimize visual quality and meet quality standards. * Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, innovations, and industry best practices. * Participate in multimedia projects, integrating visual elements into videos, presentations, and other formats. * Receive feedback and conduct design revisions, adjusting work as needed. * Ensure timely delivery by efficiently managing time to complete projects.
