INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II \- EXCLUSIVELY FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES are:** * Handle protocols for cases submitted by Partner Hubs, N1 team, and Hub Managers, ensuring proper resolution of critical demands lacking defined workflows or requiring correction due to execution errors; * Accurately record all interactions and decisions in the internal system, ensuring traceability and data integrity; * Analyze and follow established operational procedures, ensuring compliance with Company processes and minimizing risks; * Act with a sense of urgency to mitigate negative impacts on operations and on the experience of Hubs and students; * Organize and consolidate information in spreadsheets and reports, applying search formulas and pivot tables for simple data analysis; * Maintain clear and effective communication with internal departments to ensure alignment in case handling; * Ensure all actions taken comply with quality guidelines and deadlines set by the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Prior experience in administrative, operational, or student support roles; * Basic to intermediate knowledge of **Excel** (pivot tables, mathematical formulas, lookup functions such as VLOOKUP); * Familiarity with internal systems such as **CRM, SIA, GED, and SAVA** (or willingness and ability to learn quickly); * Ability to organize and meticulously record information in systems and spreadsheets. **Additional Information** Work Location: **Av.
