Manage inventory, place orders for supplies, and ensure adherence to budget constraints. Supervise the team by assigning tasks and providing guidance on culinary techniques and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. Main Responsibilities: Prepare and supervise dish preparation according to established standards. Develop and refine recipes, taking seasonality and ingredient availability into account. Manage inventory, tracking inflow and outflow of supplies. Coordinate the kitchen team, delegating tasks and providing training when necessary. Monitor food quality and presentation of served dishes. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. Mandatory Requirements: In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Familiarity with hygiene and food safety regulations. Experience in team management and coordination of kitchen operations. Ability to create and adapt recipes, considering nutritional aspects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate the team. Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
