We are seeking a **Junior IT Analyst** to join our team in **Macaé**. **Summary of Responsibilities**: * Handle and support IT requests and incidents, ensuring proper logging, tracking, and clear communication with users. * Provide technical support to end users, both on-site and remotely. * Support workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. * Assist users in using corporate tools (e-mail, Office, VPN, antivirus, and approved applications). * Perform installation, configuration, standardization, and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals. * Assist users in using corporate tools (e-mail, Office, VPN, antivirus, and approved applications). * Support the execution of installation, configuration, standardization, and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals. * Assist in installing and supporting authorized software and corporate applications per IT department guidelines. * Support IT operational routines, such as installations, basic backups, and functionality checks. * Comply with and implement company policies, procedures, and standards, including HSEQ, Information Security, and Cybersecurity. * Maintain effective and respectful communication with users, the IT team, and related departments. * Ensure organization, information security, and appropriate use of the company’s technological resources. **Key Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in IT Management and Technology, Information Systems, Database Management, IT Management, Computer Science, or Information Security. **Key Requirements:** * Experience with Windows operating systems and productivity tools (Office). * Basic understanding of networks and connectivity. * Experience in ticket management / Service Desk. * Experience in remote support. * Basic knowledge of access control and user management. * Basic English (technical reading and basic communication). * Organization and responsibility, ethics, service orientation, clear and empathetic communication, operational discipline, continuous learning ability, initiative, teamwork, positive attitude, and emotional intelligence. * Must reside in Macaé or nearby areas. **Competitive salary and benefits package aligned with market standards.** **This opportunity is also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).**
