Job Summary: Responsible for planning, negotiating, and overseeing equipment maintenance services, managing quotations, costs, and measurement in compliance with contracts and quality requirements. Financial analysis and control of maintenance activities **Job Mission:** Responsible for planning, negotiating with the client, and overseeing equipment and tool maintenance services in accordance with contract provisions and OneSubsea’s Quality requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** Work across **Quotation, Costing, and Measurement**, including responsibility for: * Commercial alignment of service scope with Aftermarket Engineering; * Negotiation of timelines, costs, technical scope, and work instructions (TL) with internal departments, plant, planning, and contract supervision; * Requesting and tracking customer-supplied materials; * Issuing and controlling work orders and reports in the maintenance system; * Monitoring time reporting, operation confirmation, and parts consumption; * Controlling maintenance costs (budgeted, actual, and standard cost), as well as variance analysis; * Tracking financial results (services and parts); * Liaising with scheduling and contracting teams to report costs and support analyses; * Consolidating documentation for service measurement; * Analyzing and negotiating measurement with the client; * Monitoring cost changes (MOC); * Issuing weekly measurement bulletins and billing vs. cost reports. **Requirements:** * Completed technical or undergraduate degree * Experience in planning and contracting * Proficiency in SAP, advanced Excel, and Power BI * English proficiency preferred Benefits International Opportunities Global adventure, broad exposure, and limitless learning await you.
