FOOD HANDLER Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare food items for sale and production (salads, appetizers, juices, fruits, vegetables, herbs, seasonings, etc.), following established technical recipes and production schedules, including weighing, filling, packaging, and labeling to meet demand. * Stock the sales area, monitoring expiration dates and ensuring proper product display to support promotion and sales. * Organize stored products, observing expiration dates and appropriate storage locations to ensure product preservation and quality. * Comply with regulations set by Sanitary Surveillance and the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual.
