BUTCHER Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Unload received goods and store them properly in refrigerated chambers to preserve product quality and freshness * Thaw products requiring such treatment, verifying appropriate temperature and required quantities for production to avoid waste * Handle products according to predefined cuts, observing quality and expiration dates of pieces to maximize product utilization * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the section and its tools * Comply with regulations established by Health Surveillance and the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual REQUIREMENTS: * Completed elementary education * Prior experience preferred INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY All our positions are open to people with disabilities.
