Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of FTTH and FTTA technology services for residential customers, ensuring connection quality and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Installation and repair of FTTH and FTTA network technology. 2. Troubleshooting service issues such as slow speed, Wi-Fi problems, and connectivity failures. 3.
