Partnering in Excellence As an Administrative Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting the activities of the Quality department, assisting with document control, indicator monitoring, system recordkeeping, and organizing administrative routines. Responsibilities * Monitor instrument certification validity periods. * Update controls and records for Change Management in Workspace. * Archive and organize Quality department documents. * Update and track performance indicators. * Monitor the service evaluation system. * Support customer response deadline tracking. * Generate quality notifications in SAP. * Record and track Corrective and Preventive Actions in the QMT system. * Develop and update indicators, monitoring Non-Conformance resolution. * Extract reports from quality systems. * Support root cause analyses and investigation processes. * Assist in developing Cause Maps. * Prepare presentations for customers. * Support the product line on quality-related requests. Qualifications Required: * Microsoft Office Suite. * Knowledge of Power BI. * Organization, communication, and proactivity. * Teamwork.
