Job Purpose Execute and plan ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) operations, ensuring technical performance, operational safety, and compliance with project specifications. Support delivery targets by optimizing resources, controlling costs, and driving continuous process improvement in alignment with company quality and safety standards. Job Description * Lead complex subsea inspection, intervention, and construction tasks. * Perform advanced manipulator/tooling operations. * Validate ROV configuration; ensure system integrity during launch/recovery. * Diagnose failures and perform advanced maintenance; interface with onshore engineering. * Mentor junior operators and support the ROV Supervisor in technical decisions. * Enforce HSE protocols and drive corrective and preventive actions. * Produce mission logs, technical reports, and validate data/imagery. * Promote operational improvements and maintain advanced technical competency. You are ideal for this opportunity if: * Technical degree in mechanics, electrical/electronics, electrotechnics, industrial automation, electromechanics, mechatronics, or naval construction, with active CFT. * Intermediate or advanced English. * Desirable experience in EPCI project operations. * Availability for 14x14 offshore rotation. * Experience with Schilling, UHD, and Triton XLX ROV systems. **Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
