Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Analyst with an analytical and collaborative profile to work in Recruitment and Selection, internal marketing (endomarketing), training, and personnel administration. Conduct Recruitment and Selection processes with a focus on quality and cultural fit Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a welcoming experience from day one Develop and implement endomarketing initiatives that strengthen organizational climate Organize and deliver training programs for internal employees. Monitor and analyze HR metrics through reports. Participate in the annual HR budget preparation Manage job positions and salaries, as well as performance evaluation cycles Knowledge of Personnel Administration routines is highly useful and essential for this position. **What We Expect From You:** Proven experience in candidate selection and behavioral interviews.
