Job Summary: The OPERATIONS LEADER ensures monitoring of goods movement, operational control, and personnel management, planning operations and responding to audits. Key Highlights: 1. Administration of personnel routines in the area ***The Seres Group, in partnership with ID LOGISTIC, is recruiting professionals for the position of OPERATIONS LEADER.*** **Requirements:** Completed higher education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; **Responsibilities:** * Control and monitor goods movement, ensuring effective execution of activities; * Perform operational control, directing hourly production to meet targets; * Analyze customer demands and plan operations according to available resources and productive capacity; * Conduct shift handover, reporting current conditions and pending tasks; * Perform inspection and validation of equipment and vehicle checklists; respond to audits as required per unit certifications; * Administer personnel routines in the area, including vacations, days off, absenteeism, turnover, and hour banks; perform related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Salary:** * Salary expectation **Working Hours:** * Availability to work on rotating shifts **Work Location:** * Extrema/MG.
