Senior Planning Analyst **Key Responsibilities:** · Develop comprehensive project plans, considering all technical aspects, required resources, and associated constraints. · Ensure planning aligns with project objectives and goals. · Prepare detailed schedules, identifying activities, their durations, and interdependencies. · Allocate resources appropriately—including personnel, equipment, and materials—to ensure efficient project execution. · Identify and assess potential project risks, developing mitigation and contingency strategies. · Conduct sensitivity analyses and simulations to anticipate possible issues and implement preventive measures. · Monitor and control project costs by comparing actual expenditures against the planned budget. · Identify variances and implement corrective actions to ensure adherence to the established budget. · Track project progress against the established schedule and report status to stakeholders. · Identify potential delays or deviations and take corrective actions to keep the project on track. · Maintain clear and effective communication with the project team and other stakeholders, ensuring information and expectation alignment. **What We Seek:** · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering · 2–5 years of experience in project management · Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking) · Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 · Expertise in execution scheduling and CAPEX · Experience in data analysis · Power BI Compensation: R$3,000.00 – R$3,900.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher Selection Questions: * Do you hold a degree in Engineering? * Do you have more than 2 years of experience in project management? * Do you have advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)? * Do you have experience with Power BI? * Are you proficient in Project P6?
