




Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for coordinating cargo logistics, managing inventories and teams, and pursuing continuous operational improvement. Key Highlights: 1. "This position is also open to persons with disabilities or rehabilitated individuals." **Responsibilities and Duties*** Ensure cargo loading and general loading operations, as well as perform inspections; * Monitor and support warehouse organization, cleaning, sanitation, and equipment and asset maintenance; * Operate manual material handling equipment (pallet jack) and combustion-powered equipment (forklift), when necessary; * Report activities to Supervision and Management, when required; * Coordinate and conduct rotating and monthly inventory counts, addressing variances and root causes; * Schedule daily area routines, delegate tasks, lead team meetings and training sessions; * Support the onboarding of new operators, inspectors, and assistants; * Daily dissemination of DS (Daily Stand-up) and topics related to quality and general operational matters; * Execute layout maintenance and modifications; * Pursue continuous improvement and waste reduction in logistics; * Monitor layout organization, internal and external audits; * Contribute information for updating departmental performance indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications*** Completed technical education or currently enrolled in a higher education program related to Logistics or Production; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office for preparing reports, charts, and performance indicators; * Shift: 10:55 PM to 6:20 AM (Sunday through Friday) **Additional Information** Check out our benefits below: Unimed National Health Plan (ward or private room); AMIL Dental Plan (basic, intermediate, and executive tiers); Meal Voucher or Company Restaurant; Food Allowance; Scholarship Program (subject to policy and eligibility); Discounts with educational institutions; Pharmacy Benefit Plan; Life Insurance; Christmas Bonus; Maternity Support Program; Pet Day; Commemorative Gifts; Wellhub/Gympass; Wellz (Mental Health Benefit).
