Job Summary: The FTTH Network Operator will provide customized external support for network installations and maintenance, focusing on service excellence and resolution of customer requests. Assistance in repairing FTTH, FTTC, UTP, and Backbone networks. **FTTH Network Operator \- AMO INTERNET** **Work Location:** Cruzeiro and Guaratinguetá/SP Provide external support to address requests related to new customer installations and network connection maintenance through customized, excellent, clear, and objective service. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Assist with FTTH installation; * Assist with aerial and underground optical cable deployment; * Assist with maintenance of FTTH, FTTC, and UTP networks; * Assist with Backbone network repairs (main feeder cable for the network); * Assist with removal of inactive wires and cables; * Assist with replacement of splice closures and terminal boxes; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the work area; * Build customer relationships, focusing on resolving reported issues; * Support, guide, and direct customers to resolve connectivity outages and network instabilities, ensuring full use of the contracted service; * Remain vigilant for commercially flagged orders signaled by the desk leader; * Retain customers requesting cancellation; * Perform other related and similarly natured duties. **Education:** * Completed High School; * FTTH network courses preferred; * NR35 and NR10 certifications preferred; * Technical course in Informatics preferred; **Prerequisites:** * Driver's License \- Category B **Experience:** * Customer service experience; * Experience in the Telecom sector is a plus. **Knowledge:** * Basic computer skills; * Typing proficiency; * Basic residential network knowledge preferred.
