Accurately close the cash register, perform deposits, and enter transactions into the system, ensuring financial operation accuracy. Process customer returns for DOA (Dead On Arrival) items, delivering efficient and satisfactory post-sales service. Update sales records promptly as needed, monitor partial sales figures, and relay information to the store manager. Submit IT and/or Facilities service requests, ensuring proper functionality of services and tracking resolution progress.
