Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Identifying and prioritizing operational improvement opportunities that resolve key pain points related to safety, quality, and productivity, aligned with defined work processes. * Co-creating, validating, and implementing systemic solutions together with Process Development teams. Ensuring execution of the way of working with regional teams and Operational Excellence partner teams. * Collaborating to replicate benchmarks from other operations, and conducting operational and financial feasibility analyses of projects. * Applying and promoting Lean methodology in continuous improvement projects across Fulfillment processes. * Ensuring alignment with operations teams, focusing on agility to achieve expected results. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Knowledge and experience applying continuous improvement methodologies across various processes—TPS, Six Sigma, DMAIC, Lean, Kaizen, Design Thinking, Agile. Experience developing and managing projects with Belt certifications. * Ability to lead and facilitate agile and effective workspaces with colleagues.
