Job Summary: Technical and administrative support professional for projects, working with corporate systems, documentation, and controls, with a focus on Protheus and CAD tools. Key Highlights: 1. Technical and administrative support for projects, with focus on Protheus 2. Preparation and organization of technical documentation and reports 3. Support in the development and interpretation of CAD technical drawings **Responsibilities and Activities:** * Provide technical and administrative support for ongoing projects, tracking requests, deadlines, and deliverables. * Work with corporate systems, focusing on **Protheus**, performing queries, data entry, and updates of project information. * Support the preparation, review, and organization of **technical documentation** and project reports. * Handle **purchase requests**, track orders, and interface with internal departments (Procurement, Finance, Engineering, Production). * Develop and update **control spreadsheets and KPIs**, using Excel at intermediate to advanced level. * Support the development and interpretation of **2D and 3D CAD technical drawings**. * Ensure organization, standardization, and updating of project information in systems and internal controls. * Maintain constant communication with technical teams and other company departments, ensuring alignment and process efficiency. * Completed Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. Preferred Qualifications: * **Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree** is considered a plus. * Knowledge of **ERP systems**, preferably **Protheus**. * Experience or familiarity with **SolidWorks**. * Knowledge of **2D and 3D CAD**. * Strong proficiency in **Excel** (formulas, controls, analyses).
