Job Summary: A professional responsible for fleet management, operational safety, and documentary and legal management in occupational safety and health, including telematics, traffic fines, PPE, and accident investigation. Key Highlights: 1. Fleet and Behavior Management: Telematics, traffic fine control, and warnings. 2. Operational Safety: PPE management, accident investigation, and CATs. 3. Documentary and Legal Management (Occupational Safety and Health): Review of the PGR, PCMSO, and issuance of the PPP. Responsibilities: * **Fleet and Behavior Management:** Monitoring and analysis of **telematics** to identify speeding, harsh braking, and risky driving behaviors; Management and **control of traffic fines**, identifying drivers and analyzing the nature of violations to implement corrective actions; Issuance of **warnings** and disciplinary measures for non-compliance with safety regulations and company procedures. * **Operational Safety:** Comprehensive **PPE** (Personal Protective Equipment) management—from specification and distribution to training and usage supervision (essential for loading/unloading and maintenance); Conducting **accident investigations** (commuting and operational), applying methodologies to identify root causes; Issuing and managing **CATs** (Work Accident Communication). * **Documentary and Legal Management (Occupational Safety and Health):** **Review of the PGR** (Risk Management Program), ensuring that transportation operation risks are up to date. Monitoring the **PCMSO** (Occupational Health Medical Control Program), guaranteeing periodic and toxicological examinations for drivers. Issuing and updating the **PPP** (Professional Occupational Profile) for employment history and special retirement purposes.
