Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Inside Sales Representative to develop new B2B business and manage customer relationships within the industrial and construction sectors. Key Highlights: 1. We are hiring an INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to strengthen our commercial team. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop new B2B business; * Manage and maintain relationships with the customer portfolio; * Operate within the industrial, construction, and fastener distribution segments. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience in telesales and customer service; * Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Technical knowledge of fasteners/hardware; * Experience in the industrial/construction sector; * Negotiation-oriented profile focused on achieving targets. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Starting salary: R$ 2.058,00 + Meal Voucher + Transportation Voucher + Attendance Bonus; * Commission: 0.5% to 3.30% + Variable bonus ranging from R$ 800.00 to R$ 10,000.00 upon target achievement; * Guaranteed bonus for the first 6 months; * Career and salary progression plan + Food Allowance after 12 months of employment. **DETAILS:** * Work mode: IN-PERSON; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:48; Employment type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Payment: Starting from R$2.058,00 per month Benefits: * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher Work location: In-person
