Inventory and warehouse management and organization **Employment Opportunity:** FORKLIFT OPERATOR \- CLT, 44 hours/week We are looking for a FORKLIFT OPERATOR to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses an owner mindset and is interested in developing their career within a professional growth environment. Professional objective: Operate forklifts and/or other material handling equipment to transport various materials. Receive materials, verify incoming goods, perform storage and dispatch of products, raw materials, and consumables. Load and unload trucks. This position offers benefits including transportation allowance, meal voucher, and medical assistance after 90 days. **Responsibilities:** * Operate forklifts to transport various materials across company areas. * Maintain equipment order and cleanliness; request maintenance as needed and assume responsibility for refueling (e.g., gas) and maintaining an updated record of performed services. * Receive trucks for unloading and verify quantity and quality of received goods; * Cross-check received invoices against purchase orders, verifying quantities, weights, and product brands; * Cross-check freight bills with invoices; * Return non-conforming items; * Unload and load materials; * Perform material weighing and measurement; * Move inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and mechanical carts; * Place products on shelves, pallet racks, etc.; * Package and label materials; * Count materials for distribution; * Load products; * Maintain shelf and storage area organization; * Properly package materials for storage on warehouse shelves or other storage locations. * Participate in inventory audits; * Collaborate with team members and immediate supervisor to support continuous improvement initiatives; * Operate machinery, equipment, vehicles, instruments, and tools responsibly, ensuring personal safety and that of others. * Occasionally assist in material sorting for storage, verification of outgoing products, etc., to meet increased service demand. * Attend training sessions and refresher courses; * Comply with all procedures inherent to the role and applicable guidelines. **Requirements:** * 1 year of formal work experience; * Completed high school education; * Forklift Operator certification course completed Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.396,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Education: * High school diploma (Mandatory) Experience: * Forklift operator (Preferred) License/Certification: * NR 11 (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
