Job Summary: Production Assistant responsible for sorting, organizing, inspecting, cutting, assembling, and finishing components, with emphasis on safety and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Support throughout the production process Immediate opening for a Production Assistant position at a store with 10 years of experience and an in-house factory. Main Responsibilities: Sort, organize, and inspect materials; assist in cutting, assembly, and finishing of components according to technical instructions. Operate machinery and equipment under supervision while adhering to company safety and quality standards. Also responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workplace, assisting with loading and unloading of materials, and supporting other stages of the production process to ensure smooth production flow. Requirements: Experience in carpentry or furniture manufacturing; Good communication skills, proactivity, and results orientation; Organizational skills, responsibility, and commitment; Ability to work effectively in a team. We Offer: Fixed salary + transportation vouchers (no deductions) Working Hours: Monday: 08:40 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 15-minute lunch break. Saturday: 08:40 AM to 12:15 PM Driver's license is a plus. Salary Range: R$1.700,00 – R$2.400,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
