Salary: R$2.058,00/month + 20% night shift allowance Benefits: VA: R$15.00/day, Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance: R$12.00/day, Telemedicine, Total Pass (discounts on physical activities), C4 Life — Legal, financial, social, pet-related, and psychological counseling with no session limit. Job Responsibilities (READ CAREFULLY) Work in the Extrusion Area. The extrusion machine manufactures doormats by transforming raw materials into finished mats ready for commercial distribution. The machine is large and hot; strict adherence to safety regulations and responsibility are required. NOTE: The extrusion machine and its operators are currently located in the Umbará region and will relocate to CIC later. Mandatory Requirements: Completed elementary education; Minimum 6 months of experience as a Production Assistant; Technical courses in mechanics, electricity, or maintenance are preferred but not mandatory; Commitment to and responsibility for scheduled working hours; Proactivity in learning the entire machine operation process.
