Job Summary: IT Analyst responsible for maintaining computers, network infrastructure, managing systems, and providing technical support in Parnamirim. Key Highlights: 1. Multidisciplinary technical support A consulting, recruitment, and selection company is seeking an IT Analyst professional in Parnamirim. RH Services Group is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering services such as recruitment, selection, and HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for computer maintenance (installation and user computer support). Maintain up-to-date security configurations and perform virus scanning and removal on computers. Execute and keep backup procedures updated. Update and maintain the technical documentation required for computer operation and maintenance. Perform basic printer maintenance, identifying potential failures (contact leasing provider’s support when necessary). Open repair tickets for third-party companies. Manage existing Wi-Fi networks (Unifi – UBNT). Maintain wired network infrastructure operational (switches, VLANs). Monitor network assets (Zabbix and Grafana). Track and update software licenses / renewals. Perform N1 management and support for Condomob, Fortes, Ocomon, and Selfloops systems. Manage emails and domain. Manage IT-related third-party contracts. Install and support intercom systems, accompanying third-party technicians during technical visits. Provide technical support to other departments regarding demands and projects. And other related duties. Previous experience as Systems Analyst, Support Analyst, IT Specialist, or Infrastructure Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
