The professional will be responsible for assisting with activities related to people management, recruitment and selection, training and development, and other areas of HR management. Responsibilities: * Conduct recruitment and selection processes for employees. * Manage training and development programs. * Conduct onboarding processes for new employees. * Implement internal marketing and employee engagement initiatives. * Provide support and backup for the Personnel Department. Requirements: * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in Human Resources. * Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and in an organized manner. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of labor legislation and Personnel Department procedures is a plus.
