Job Summary: We are seeking an intern for software development, with a focus on front-end and back-end, to investigate issues and develop features. Key Highlights: 1. Software development activities focused on front-end and back-end 2. Log analysis, error reproduction, and defect correction in systems 3. Preparation and updating of technical documentation and procedures We seek an intern to work at Concert LAB on software development, with a focus on front\-end and back\-end **Main Responsibilities:** * Handling tickets escalated by the Customer Support (CS) team, investigating issues reported by customers and internal users.· Log analysis, error reproduction, and defect correction in systems.· Development and maintenance of front\-end and back\-end features.· Implementation of sustainability improvements and adjustments.· Preparation and updating of technical documentation and procedures. **Technical Requirements:** Currently enrolled in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.Technical knowledge: · Programming logic and data structures.· Basic front\-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular).· Basic back\-end development concepts (C\#, .NET).· Knowledge of relational databases (ORACLE, PostgreSQL).· Basic understanding of REST API consumption.Desirable knowledge: · Experience (even academic) with code versioning (Git/GitHub).· Familiarity with system monitoring tools.· Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Advantages: · Prior experience in technical support or maintenance roles.· Familiarity with coding best practices.· Basic knowledge of continuous integration (CI/CD). **Behavioral Profile:** * Analytical thinking and ability to investigate technical problems.· Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with customers and internal teams.· Organization, proactivity, and autonomy to manage multiple tasks.· Ability to work collaboratively in a team. **Minimum Education Level:** Undergraduate Degree
