Job Summary: The professional will support the development and reformulation of Candies products, conduct laboratory tests, prepare samples, and provide technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: * Support the development and reformulation of the Candies product line (hard candies, chewables, gums, lollipops, and similar items); * Conduct laboratory and pilot tests, monitoring process parameters; * Prepare samples, perform weighings, and organize development trials; * Record results and prepare technical reports; * Prepare and monitor product shelf life; * Provide technical support to Production, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs departments. Requirements: * Technical degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Agro-industry, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of food industrial processes is a plus; * Familiarity with GMP, quality control, and product development. Working Hours: * 06:30 \- 15:48 (Monday to Friday)
