We are seeking a professional to assume the position of Maintenance Supervisor in our company. Please review the responsibilities and requirements below: Responsibilities: * Lead mechanical maintenance activities, coordinating with the team; * Conduct technical training for the team as needed; * Guide, supervise, and monitor the team during ongoing work, ensuring machine efficiency and effectiveness; * Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive mechanical maintenance, as well as machine and equipment assembly and installation; * Identify and list parts and supplies required for maintenance; * Supervise and monitor adjustment, machining, and part replacement tasks, performing them when necessary; * Complete service orders; * Monitor the team's completion of maintenance orders; * Conduct preventive and corrective checklists on machines and equipment, implementing required corrections. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields; * Technical certification in mechanics or a course in industrial maintenance. Working Hours: 44 hours per week \- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
