Main Responsibilities We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to manage the full Recruitment & Selection cycle—from initial candidate outreach through to successful onboarding, productivity, and warm integration of the new hire. * Proactive sourcing from resume databases, platforms, and niche communities. * Outbound outreach via LinkedIn, groups, social networks, and referrals. * Initial screening via message/phone/call, focusing on cultural fit and technical requirements. * Scheduling and coordination of interviews with internal managers. * Continuous follow-up with candidates throughout the entire process. * SLA tracking and monitoring per job opening. * Detailed ATS data entry and maintenance. * Preparation of biweekly/monthly reports on volume, conversion rates, and bottlenecks. * Support for Employer Branding initiatives. * Operational onboarding management: documentation, system access setup, scheduling, and checklists. * Monitoring the new hire during the first weeks to ensure a positive onboarding experience. * Active support to managers during the integration period.
