If you are organized, communicative, and detail-oriented, this opportunity may be ideal for you! **Responsibilities:** * Receive invoices from \*Honest mkt\* and enter them into the system. * Execute procurement, restocking, and inventory control. * Support events hosted by \*Rancho Rochedo\*, including purchasing, menu tracking, and event organization assistance. * Provide administrative support to the \*Infrastructure and Fleet Management\* area. * Support internal and external coffee breaks, handling purchases and material control in coordination with the team. * Monitor Service Orders (SO). **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing technical education. * Intermediate proficiency in the \*Microsoft Office Suite\*, with strong \*\*Excel\* skills. * Organization, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication skills. * Flexible availability. * Valid \*Driver's License Class B\*. * Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in administrative routines or event support. * Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team.
