Job Summary: An engineering or architecture professional for project management and support, with focus on BIM and agile methodologies. Key Highlights: 1. Regional project designer and project delivery management 2. Support in project studies and coordination 3. BIM (Revit) implementation and exploration of emerging technologies Description: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit and BIM-based project management processes. Familiarity with agile methodologies. Minimum 2 years of experience in project departments or construction execution is desirable. Experience in building construction will be considered a strong advantage. Responsibilities: * Manage regional project designers; * Manage regional project deliveries; * Provide support in specific project development studies; * Analyze and support the project coordination process; * Develop and/or assist in preparing construction details and execution details to support engineering, including assistance in specific studies; * Develop and/or assist in building the engineering model on the BIM platform (Revit); * Support other related departments (including construction) regarding execution projects; * Research and analyze new processes (e.g., emerging technologies, tools, regulations, etc.) to acquire practical knowledge for implementation. 2512050202181904651
