Direct involvement in departmental deliverables through critical analysis, proactive response to demands, and intensive teamwork. Assisting in gathering information on new processes. The departmental culture is highly collaborative. **Responsibilities and Duties** Duties: * Manage regional project designers; * Manage regional project deliverables; * Provide support for specific studies during project development; * Analyze and support the project coordination process; * Develop and/or assist in developing construction details and execution details to support engineering, including support for specific studies; * Develop and/or assist in building the engineering model on the BIM platform (Revit); * Support other related departments (including construction sites) regarding execution projects; * Seek information and analyze new processes (e.g., new technologies, tools, legislation) to acquire knowledge for practical application. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit and BIM project management processes. Familiarity with agile methodologies. Minimum 2 years of experience in project departments or construction execution is desirable.
