




Job Summary: Kitchen professional responsible for meal preparation, workspace organization, and inventory control, adhering to good food handling practices. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of good food handling practices **Responsibilities:** * Prepare lunch, dinner, and/or snacks according to the defined menu; * Organize and maintain cleanliness of the work area, utensils, and equipment; * Assist in inventory control and food expiration date monitoring; * Follow Good Manufacturing Practices for Food (GMP); * Work collaboratively with cooks, assistants, and other kitchen staff; * Contribute ideas to improve the menu and dish presentation. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role; * Knowledge of good food handling practices; * Completed elementary education (high school or culinary technical education is a plus); * Organization, agility, and strong interpersonal skills; * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical or vocational training in culinary arts; * Knowledge of regional/international cuisine; * Experience handling large volumes and buffet service.
