We are seeking a **Field Technical Development Assistant** to join the **EAB team** in **Caarapó, MS** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Produce healthy sugarcane seedlings by eliminating pests and diseases; * Set up various field experiments on varieties, fertilization, and soil correction; * Perform thermal treatment, planting of seedlings, and irrigation; * Collect samples of sugarcane, soil, fertilizers, and soil amendments; * Conduct assessments of sugarcane borer infestation; * Apply ripeners and carry out other tasks as needed and per supervisor guidance. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Primary education; * Experience in agriculture — considered a plus; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; * Commitment to safety. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application — completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR interview — an informal chat to get to know each other. * Leadership interview — a more technical discussion to further explain day-to-day responsibilities and challenges.
