We are seeking a **Packaging Operator** to join the **EAB team** in **[Caarapó, MS.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Keep the bagging and packaging rooms clean and organized; * Fill big bags with sugar; * Move empty packaging for reuse in bagging operations; * Complete forms and operational records; * Apply seals to big bags and log consumed seals; * Maintain control of seals available in the area; * Monitor sugar transportation processes for bagging; * Participate in customer audits and certification processes; * Commitment to safety rules and procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Elementary education; * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, or night) and a 5x1 day-off schedule; Safeguard Safety * **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Registration—completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR interview—a casual conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview—a more technical discussion to further explain daily responsibilities and challenges.
