Support is delivered via email, chat, WhatsApp, voice, and other channels. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Positions available for all shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), part-time schedules, 6x1 or 5x2\. Entry-level positions are also available. No prior experience required; however, previous experience as a telemarketing operator, customer service representative, receptionist, call center operator, customer service analyst, customer support agent, consultant, collections agent, active or receptive customer service agent, sales representative, SAC, sales professional, teleoperator, interaction specialist, operator, etc., is considered advantageous.
