THE SOCIAL SERVICE OF TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRAINING SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registration for the Recruitment and Selection Process for Personnel, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates who are approved may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED
2\.. The Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Instructor (Occupational Safety)
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as: dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a weekly workload of 44 hours; additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents; life insurance; health plan (with co-payment) \- employee's monthly fee covered by the company, and dependent(s)' monthly fee covered by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shift rotation will be communicated to the approved candidate by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates who decline the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.

**JOB SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction aligned with the institutional educational axes relevant to the position, and facilitates the learning process of students during Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars). SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):**
**NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME.
**EDUCATION:**
Completed undergraduate degree.
Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or;
b) Declaration of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion).
Technical Course in Occupational Safety or qualification as an Occupational Safety Engineer.
Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by:
a) Copy of valid Diploma/Certificate for the course.
At least one of the Regulatory Standards (NR) courses or a Machinery Operation course: NR10, NR20, NR33, NR35, or Forklift Operator, Backhoe Loader Operator, or Front-end Loader Operator.
Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by:
a) Copy of valid Diploma/Certificate for the course.
Proven professional experience in training activities, courses related to occupational safety, and occupational safety regulations.
**PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by:
a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service rendered, and description of duties performed;
b) Or copy of the Worker's Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, clearly demonstrating relevance to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature directly correlated to that required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous worker payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item "b" above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.

**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):**
