Job Summary: Deliver theoretical and practical classes while guiding and mentoring students in their professional development, adhering to SENAI methodology and pursuing innovation. Design challenging and meaningful learning strategies Deliver classes according to your area of expertise, delivering both theoretical and practical content to students, guiding and mentoring\-them during activities and exercises specific to the field, contributing to students’ professional development. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan technical visits aligned with the current curriculum unit being delivered. * Plan and organize internal or external practical classes, verifying machines, equipment, tools, instruments, materials, and environments required for practical instruction. * Understand SENAI methodology. * Apply pedagogical practices mediated in accordance with SENAI methodology. * Apply guiding principles of pedagogical practice as defined by SENAI methodology (development of competencies; mediation of learning; interdisciplinarity; contextualization; emphasis on learning how to learn; bridging the gap between the world of work and social practices; integration of theory and practice; encouragement of critical thinking and innovation; meaningful learning; assessment of learning; promotion of educational technology use). * Use the course syllabus as a reference to identify foundational, technical, and socioemotional competencies to be developed. * Collaborate in curriculum review and development, ensuring alignment with current and future industrial needs. * Stay updated on trends, technologies, and innovations relevant to the industrial sector associated with the course. * Develop teaching plans. * Prepare and revise assessment items per curriculum unit and semester, in accordance with Item Response Theory (IRT) methodology, within established deadlines. * Monitor class satisfaction level (NPS). * Develop lesson plans covering competencies to be developed, knowledge domains, teaching strategies, didactic resources, technological resources, and assessment criteria. * Produce supporting didactic materials, manuals, and practical guides tailored to courses in initiation, improvement, qualification, and technical certification modalities. * Gather information regarding class characteristics (education level, gender, age group, persons with disabilities – PWD) to adapt teaching and learning strategies. * Design challenging and meaningful learning strategies that connect learners with professional practice, such as problem-based learning, applied research, case studies, technical projects, and integrative projects, among others. * Apply the professional education assessment system according to Item Response Theory (IRT) when designing objective exams. * Develop practical tests and other assessment methods to measure student progress. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Experience in the Welding field * Experience in the educational field (teaching) **Additional Information** * Number of positions: 01 * Weekly workload: 24 hours * Fixed-term contract (6 months) * Shift: Night (6:00 PM to 10:00 PM) * Work location: **Igreja Nova** * Selection process stages: Subject-specific test, Micro-teaching session, and Interview.
