Job Summary: Manage sales teams, optimize sales and margins, supervise store and inventory operations, and ensure customer service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership of internal and external sales teams 2. Strategic management of sales and margins 3. Team talent development and evaluation * Ensure achievement of sales, margin, and revenue targets. * Coordinate internal and external sales teams. * Monitor and guide sales staff (counter and field) to meet performance indicators. * Manage cash handling: opening, closing, reconciliations, and discrepancies. * Supervise inventory: accuracy, organization, and stock levels. * Monitor shipping: delivery compliance, deadlines, and quality. * Validate orders with correct margins and applicable commercial rules. * Analyze competition (Aço Cearense, Aço Brasil, Gerdau Comercial, etc.). * Ensure customer database updates and proper order flow. * Maintain store organization, sales environment, cleanliness, and 5S standards. * Evaluate, develop, and guide the team. * Comply with and enforce safety regulations, operational procedures, and internal policies.
