Join our team and help us transform the dairy universe***.*** ***\#JoinAlvoarDairy*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure implementation of the plant’s industrial policies aligned with business needs; * Establish guidelines for productive processes; * Implement Alvoar standard rules, ensuring full factory operation; * Enable and monitor industrial maintenance policies; * Ensure adequate resource availability to achieve operational targets with quality and productivity; * Ensure manufacturing process standardization and plant food safety; * Develop people to guarantee management continuity and succession. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Production Engineering, Biochemistry, or related fields; * Experience in the dairy industry, especially with **Powdered Milk, Powdered Whey, Condensed Milk, Dulce de Leche, and Cheese;** * Preferred knowledge of Fault Handling, Statistical Process Control (SPC), HACCP, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Intermediate Excel, and integrated SAP system; * **Willingness to reside in Batalha/AL;** * Competencies: Communication, Customer Focus, Initiative, Results Orientation, Resilience, Agility, and Innovation. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary; * Meals provided at the company; * Group life insurance; * Education Incentive Program; * UNIMED health plan; * Optional dental plan; * Dairy Benefit; * Virtual store for purchasing products at a discount; * Profit-sharing program (PLR) based on goal achievement.
