Job Description \-You will be responsible for leading the Technical Directorate’s Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring alignment across departments, monitoring performance, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role is essential for consolidating management information, supporting goals and outcomes, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9000 standards. **Key responsibilities include:** * Facilitate performance meetings, analyzing results and proposing corrective actions. * Develop dashboards and management reports for strategic decision-making. * Monitor execution of critical projects and deadlines. * Coordinate implementation and maintenance of the IMS: procedure review/creation, template standardization, internal audits, and governance meetings. * Plan and lead strategic workshops involving multiple departments. * Support the Director in internal committees (ExCo, OpCo) by preparing executive materials (PPT) and following up on action items. * Participate in strategic planning: defining objectives, targets, and indicators aligned with the business plan. **Qualifications \-The profile we seek for this position:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Sciences (Accounting/Economics). * English proficiency preferred. * **ISO 9000 Lead Auditor certification (preferred).** * Ability to create executive presentations (PowerPoint). **Additional Information \-Why join our team?** We are a company committed to turning our beliefs and values into reality.
