We look forward to receiving your application! **Responsibilities and duties** * Lead the entire industrial team, ensuring organization, clarity of roles, and operational discipline; * Map, standardize, and optimize industrial processes across all stages; * Implement robust waste reduction programs (materials, time, and resources); * Enhance workforce utilization through efficient allocation, training, and performance-based management; * Develop productivity improvement projects using KPIs, visual management, and continuous improvement; * Ensure preservation of production assets, increasing equipment availability and reducing failures; * Ensure execution of activities related to continuous improvement (PAMC\- Araforros Continuous Improvement Process); * Collaborate directly with Industrial Management and Executive Leadership to define goals, priorities, and action plans; * Elevate quality, safety, and efficiency culture across the entire factory, among other responsibilities. **Requirements and qualifications** **BASIC REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Production, or related fields; * Proven experience in industrial process management; * Experience leading teams and implementing operational improvements; * Organized, disciplined, analytical, and results-oriented profile. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in construction materials industry, plastic manufacturing industry, or industrial transformation; * Knowledge of maintenance, Lean manufacturing, or similar methodologies; * Track record of team structuring and implementation of indicator-based management. **Additional information** * Employment type \- Independent Contractor (PJ); * **Reside in Arapiraca\-AL.** **Join Araforros in building the FUTURE!** At Araforros, a leader in innovative solutions such as ceiling panels, folding doors, PVC roofing tiles, and vinyl ceilings, we seek talents ready to innovate and grow.
