Their daily routine includes accurately registering orders in the system, applying commercial policies (such as discounts and gifts), receiving payments, and issuing receipts. They also perform cash register closing and maintain an organized service point, collaborating with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations. **Main responsibilities of the Cashier in O Boticário's Direct Sales:** * **Reseller (Beauty Consultant) service:** Welcomes resellers courteously and clarifies questions regarding orders, promotions, and payments. * **Sales registration:** Enters orders into the system, verifies products, and applies current campaign discounts and promotions. * **Payment collection:** Receives payments in cash, by card, or through other company-approved methods, performing proper verification and cash register closing. * **Cash register control:** Keeps the cash register organized and up-to-date throughout the day, performs cash withdrawals (removals), and closes the register accurately. * **Support to the sales team:** Assists field supervisors and customer service staff in resolving simple order issues or reseller inquiries. * **Issuance of invoices and receipts:** Ensures all transactions are properly documented according to company procedures. * **Service area organization:** Ensures the proper functioning of the Point of Support (POS), maintaining a clean and appropriate environment for customer service.
