The **Urban Microcredit Agent** works within the Microfinance team and is tasked with acquiring and retaining potential customers by advising them on their businesses in accordance with established policies, conducting credit analyses and disbursements, and performing other duties related to this area of operation.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Collect overdue credit payments according to the established methodology;
Advise clients in your portfolio and verify how disbursed credit funds are being utilized;
Develop an action plan for operational routines related to your client portfolio, aligned with set targets;
Engage with clients, following the methodological steps defined by the Microfinance Program;
Gather economic and financial information about clients’ activities at their workplace to assess credit eligibility;
Process credit applications by visiting potential clients and informing them about the submission process for credit proposals, in accordance with policy and procedure manuals;
Conduct promotional events and informative presentations on microfinance products and other initiatives aimed at acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones;

**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:**
Legal age (18 years or older);
Education: Completed high school;
Willingness to travel between municipalities;
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel);
Experience in sales, negotiation, collections, and customer service.
**Additional Information** **Salary:**
Base salary of R$ 1\.717,73;
Variable compensation up to R$ 2\.318,24;
Bonus (HR will inform during the selection process).

**Working Hours:** 40 hours per week;
**Work Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
