Responsibilities: Perform development testing under technical guidance, ensuring proper documentation and supporting the analyst and supervision teams. Conduct bench-scale and pilot tests according to pre\-defined formulations; **Maintain technical records:** Test sheets, simple reports, and controls; Support basic formulation adjustments under guidance; Monitor industrial tests and scale\-up activities; Assist in initial sensory evaluation; Assist the handling laboratory; Support organizational documentation of the department. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in a Technical or Undergraduate program (Food Engineering, Chemistry, Nutrition, or related fields); Basic knowledge of candy production processes; Strong organizational and execution skills. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 06:30 AM to 03:48 PM
