Collaboration in maintaining service quality ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** \*\*\*\*\*\*ALL OUR POSITIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND INSS-REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS.\*\*\*\*\*\* * Perform concurrent cleaning in departments according to daily routine and established procedures, ensuring proper maintenance of organization and cleanliness under the contract; * Perform bed linen changes and terminal cleaning in departments according to scheduled routine and timeline, following established standards, ensuring proper maintenance of organization and cleanliness under the contract; * Inspect departments and, when necessary, replenish dispensers and supplies, ensuring environmental preservation and continuous floor-level supply; * Remove waste from departments and rooms according to established protocols, delivering them to temporary disposal areas; * Record times of concurrent/terminal cleaning in the RAD (Daily Activity Report), entering start and end times and supplementary information (when necessary) for activity tracking; * Ensure proper use of uniforms and PPEs, personal hygiene, and handling of materials and products, complying with standardization, hygiene guidelines, supervision by immediate supervisor, and company safety regulations; * Organize the DML (Clean Material Storage) and cleaning supplies, functional carts and/or bins, according to established standards; * Hand over organized materials (functional cart and bin) and DML, as per the established protocol in the POP (Standard Operating Procedure), to the next shift worker, ensuring continuity of service quality; * Correctly dilute cleaning chemicals, adhering to occupational safety recommendations, manufacturer instructions, SDSs (Safety Data Sheets), and applied training. * Follow pre-established schedules—daily, weekly, and monthly; * Perform related tasks within one’s competencies upon request from the immediate supervisor. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Incomplete elementary education. DESIRABLE: Completed elementary education. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FIELD: Not applicable. DESIRABLE: 6 months.
