Technical support to customers and partners **About the Position** The Industrial Computing Product Technician will provide technical and operational support for solutions based on industrial PCs, SBCs (Single Board Computers), peripherals, and embedded systems, supporting the technical-commercial team and customers during pre-sales and post-sales stages. Responsibilities include performing functional tests, basic compatibility validations among components, interface verification, connectivity checks, hardware revisions, and initial system configuration according to defined specifications. This professional will interpret datasheets, manuals, and technical documentation to support preparation of technical specifications, bills of materials, application guides, and technical records in the ERP system. They will also assist in product, variant, and configuration registration and maintenance, as well as version control and organization of technical documentation. Additionally, they will provide first-level technical support to customers and partners, assist the sales team in resolving recurring technical questions, and collaborate with product analysts and specialists in testing, validation, and certification activities—contributing to standardization of technical processes and quality of market-delivered solutions. **Requirements:** Technical diploma in Electronics, Electroelectronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Computing, or related fields. Experience with industrial PC hardware, including assembly, testing, parameterization, and configuration (both hardware and software). Technical English proficiency for reading documentation and communicating with manufacturers.
