BMASistemas specializes in information technology solutions and provides software development and IT consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer support through support channels, delivering technical assistance to users of the Electronic Time Clock system. Analyze and resolve technical tickets. Register and track issues until resolution. Analyze system logs and data. Forward corrections and improvements to the Development team. Support implementations, training sessions, and validation of the time clock module. Follow internal procedures while maintaining quality and courtesy. Previous experience as Technical Support Technician, Support Analyst, Support Specialist, or Support Consultant may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
