An automotive components manufacturer is hiring a Purchasing Assistant in Joinville. **WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SELECTION?** ---------------------------------- * Review all job-related information on Jobbol and apply for free. **What will you do in this role?:** Conduct strategic procurement for both production and non-production categories, prioritizing competitiveness and compliance. Carry out market research and comparative analyses of prices, lead times, technologies, and new suppliers. Participate in supplier qualification and evaluation processes in collaboration with Quality and Engineering departments. Engage in contract negotiations covering technical, commercial clauses, and payment terms. Issue and monitor strategic purchase orders, ensuring adherence to deadlines, specifications, and cost targets. Collaborate with S&OP, Engineering, Quality, and Warehousing to ensure efficient supply. Contribute to supply chain risk management, including identification of critical suppliers and development of alternative plans. Utilize ERP systems (TOTVS/Protheus and OBC) for process control and recordkeeping. Monitor compliance with applicable regulatory standards (ISO, IATF) in procurement processes.
