If you are interested in this opportunity and seeking new challenges, please proceed with your application and keep your resume updated. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle telephone inquiries; * Provide in-person customer service; * Assist in preparing reports; * Register customers; * Process orders via the system; * Update data via the system; * Prepare guided reports; * Collect information; * Track invoices; * Support internal and external sales teams; * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys via telephone and e\-mail; * Filter, route, and respond to customers via omnichat. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing Fundamental/Middle School education; * Age between 18 and 24 years. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Company: Monday to Thursday: 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM; Friday: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
